Quality Policy
Riera Nadeu, S.A., a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of industrial centrifuges and supercentrifuges, filtering and decanters, batch and continuous centrifuges, dryers, micronisers and other process equipment for the basic chemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, as well as the design and manufacture of technological solutions for the mobility sector (lighting, accessories, tools) has decided to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard in order to become the best company in the world in the manufacture of centrifuges, as well as the rest of its products.
The management of Riera Nadeu, S.A. approaches the quality system as a way of organising the operation of the company based on the basic pillars of product quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
To this end, it is based on the following points:

To be efficient and effective in order to ensure a solid, solvent company that achieves the economic objectives set for each financial year.
To establish an efficient and dynamic Quality Management System that allows us to obtain and deliver products that satisfy the requirements of RIERA NADEU, S.A.’s customers, as well as the applicable national and international legal and regulatory requirements, at competitive prices, and with correct service conditions.
That the Quality Management System is updated at all times, so that it maintains its effectiveness in the face of changes in policy, products and evolution, inducing in the management of the organisation a dynamic of permanent improvement.
Each department and each person will carry out their own activities under the approach of being simultaneously customer/supplier of the rest of the departments/people of the Organisation.
The RIERA NADEU, S.A. Quality Management System is based on prevention as the most efficient and economical means of achieving levels of product and service quality that are satisfactory for our customers.
All the Departments must interrelate with each other to achieve an improvement in the Quality System, and thus obtain greater customer satisfaction.
The Quality Management System of RIERA NADEU, S.A. is defined and developed in this Quality Manual and other documentation derived from it, being, therefore, mandatory for all staff of the Organization, in the exercise of their activities.
Senior Management is committed to integrating sustainability into the business strategy, establishing clear objectives and determining options related to environmental performance.
The quality policy will be known and understood by all the staff of RIERA NADEU, S.A. For this purpose, the following means will be used

- The Company Management with the Quality Manager will include the quality policy in the information dossier for new incorporations, and the quality policy will be explained, and it will be ensured that it is understood.
- A document stating the quality policy will be kept on the notice boards and signed by management.
- If applicable or required, training meetings will be held to explain the policy and ensure that it is understood.
