Riera Nadeu, S.A., a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of industrial centrifuges and supercentrifuges, filters and decanters, batch and continuous, dryers, micronizers and other process equipment for the basic chemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, as well as to the design and manufacture of technological solutions for the mobility sector (lighting, accessories, tools, and other products) has decided to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard in order to become the best company in the world in manufacture of centrifuges, as well as the rest of the products.
The management of Riera Nadeu, S.A. focuses on the quality system as a way of organizing the operation of the company based on basic pillars such as the quality of the products, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. To do this, it is based on the following points:
- Involvement of the entire Riera Nadeu team for this task as well as a feeling of pride of belonging.
- Sensitivity and satisfaction for a job well executed. Quality and its improvement are everyone’s responsibility.
- Be efficient, effective to ensure a solid, solvent company that achieves the economic objectives set for each financial year.
Establish an efficient and dynamic Quality Management System that allows obtaining and delivering products that meet the requirements of
RIERA NADEU, S.A. customers, as well as the applicable national and international legal and regulatory requirements, at competitive prices, and with correct service conditions. That the Quality Management System is always updated, so that it maintains its effectiveness in the face of changes in policy, products and evolution, inducing a dynamic of permanent improvement in the organization’s management. Each department and each person will carry out their own activities under the approach of simultaneously being a client/supplier of the rest of the departments/people of the Organization.
The Quality Management System of RIERA NADEU, S.A. It is based on prevention as the most effective and economical means to achieve satisfactory product and service quality levels for our customers.
All Departments must interrelate with each other to achieve an improvement in the Quality System, and thus obtain greater customer satisfaction.
The Quality Management System of RIERA NADEU, S.A. is defined and developed in this Quality Manual and other documentation emanating from it, being, therefore, mandatory for all the Organization’s personnel, in the exercise of their activities.
The quality policy will be known and understood by all the personnel of RIERA NADEU, S.A. For this, the following means will be used:
- The Company Management with the Quality Manager will include the quality policy in the information dossier for new hires, and will explain the quality policy, and will ensure that it is understood.
- A document that includes the quality policy with the signature of Management will be kept on the bulletin boards.
- If applicable, or required, training meetings would be held to explain the policy and ensure that it was understood
